1. Acceptance
By using the RentDo24 app or website you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
3. The service
RentDo24 is a discovery platform. We are not a party to any rental agreement, do not own properties, and do not collect rent or brokerage.
4. Listings
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of listings. We may remove violating listings without notice.
5. User conduct
- No fake, misleading or fraudulent listings.
- No harassment or spam.
- No scraping or automated access.
6. No brokerage
All basic features are free. Premium features (if any) will be clearly labelled.
7. Disputes
Any rental dispute is strictly between tenant and landlord. RentDo24 is not liable.
8. Limitation of liability
Service provided "as is".
9. Governing law
Laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
