1. Overview
RentDo24 is a free rental discovery app operated from Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. Everything on the app is free to use.
2. Data we collect
- Account: Name, email, phone number, profile photo.
- Location: Approximate + precise (only when you tap "Find near me" or list a property).
- Listing content: Property photos, address, rent, description, contact number you publish.
- Chat messages: Between tenants and landlords for delivery and moderation.
- Device data: Model, OS, app version, crash logs, anonymous analytics.
3. Storage & security
Stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Storage) with server-side encryption and rules-based access. Web traffic routed through Cloudflare with DDoS protection and TLS 1.3. We do not sell your data.
4. Sharing
Only with (a) Firebase/Google Cloud as processor, (b) Cloudflare for security, (c) law enforcement when legally compelled.
5. Your rights
Request export, deletion or correction anytime at rentdo24@gmail.com. Account deletion removes listings within 30 days.
6. Children
Not intended for users under 18.
