1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and RentDo24 ("RentDo24", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the RentDo24 Android application and related services (the "Platform").
By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
2Anti-Scam & Payment Warning
Users must NEVER pay any token amount, advance, booking fee, brokerage, or security deposit to any other user online, before physically visiting the property, meeting the Owner in person, and verifying their identity and legal right to rent or sell the property.
RentDo24 does not facilitate, process, guarantee, or have any visibility into payments made between users outside the Platform. Any transaction between an Owner and a Seeker is undertaken entirely at their own risk and outside the scope of RentDo24's involvement.
RentDo24 accepts ZERO percent (0%) liability for any monetary loss, fraud, cheating, or scam arising from any payment or transaction between users.
3Physical Verification Disclaimer
RentDo24 does not independently verify the accuracy of property photographs, descriptions, rent amounts, amenities, ownership status, or legal title of any listing posted on the Platform. Listings are created and uploaded solely by Owners, and RentDo24 makes no representation or warranty as to their accuracy or authenticity.
Seekers are solely and entirely responsible for physically visiting a property, inspecting its actual condition, and independently verifying the Owner's identity, ownership documents, and legal authority to rent or sell the property before entering into any financial or legal commitment.
Some Owners may choose to display a phone number publicly on their listing (see our Privacy Policy for details). The mere presence of a publicly listed phone number, or the ability to call a number shown on a listing, does not in any way verify that the caller is the true owner of the property, and RentDo24 makes no representation as to the identity of any person reachable through a number shown on the Platform.
4Nature of Service & Zero Liability
RentDo24 is solely a digital matchmaking and classifieds-style bridge connecting property Owners with Seekers, functioning in a manner comparable to a classifieds marketplace (e.g., OLX-style listings). RentDo24 is NOT, and shall never be construed to be:
- A real estate broker, agent, dealer, or consultant
- A landlord, tenant, sub-lessor, or party to any rental or sale agreement
- A financial mediator, escrow agent, or payment processor
- A guarantor or verifier of any listing, user identity, or transaction
RentDo24 merely provides a technology platform to enable Owners and Seekers to discover and communicate with each other. All decisions, negotiations, agreements, visits, and transactions occurring between users are made independently and voluntarily by those users, entirely outside RentDo24's control.
5Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use RentDo24. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Any account found or suspected to belong to a person under 18 will be terminated instantly, and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6Dispute Resolution & Absolute Risk Waiver
You expressly acknowledge and agree that RentDo24 bears absolutely no responsibility or liability, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, for any of the following that may arise from your use of the Platform or your interaction with any other user:
- Financial fraud, cheating, or scams committed by any user
- Non-return or partial return of security deposits or advance payments
- Physical altercations, fights, assault, or violence between users
- Harassment, stalking, threats, or misconduct by any user
- Damage to property, theft, or destruction of belongings
- Breach of, or disputes arising from, any lease, rental, or sale agreement entered into between users
- Any misrepresentation regarding a listing, identity, or ownership by any user
Any dispute, claim, or grievance arising between an Owner and a Seeker must be resolved directly and exclusively between those parties. RentDo24 may, at its sole discretion, provide limited assistance (such as sharing information with law enforcement per Section 5 of our Privacy Policy) but is under no obligation to mediate, investigate, or resolve such disputes.
7Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RentDo24, its founders, developers, employees, officers, and owners (collectively, the "RentDo24 Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- Any transaction, agreement, dispute, or interaction between you and another user
- Any content you post, upload, or share on the Platform
- Any third-party claim or lawsuit arising from your actions on or through the Platform
8User-Generated Content & Moderation
RentDo24 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fake listings, abusive behavior, harassment, illegal content, and misuse of the Platform.
- Users must not post fake, misleading, duplicate, or unauthorized property listings.
- Users must not upload obscene, defamatory, illegal, or infringing content, images, or messages.
- Users must not use the Platform to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or defraud other users.
- Users must not use any phone number displayed publicly on a listing for unsolicited marketing, spam calls or messages, telemarketing, or any purpose unrelated to a genuine rental or property inquiry. Misuse of a publicly listed number may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, being reported to law enforcement.
- The Platform provides built-in "Block User" and "Report Property" features that any user may use at any time to block abusive users or flag suspicious/fake listings for review.
- RentDo24's administrators reserve the absolute right to review, remove, suspend, or permanently terminate any listing, content, or user account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
9Account Termination
RentDo24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, posting of fake or duplicate listings, harassment of other users, underage use, or any activity that RentDo24 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or its users.
You may also delete your own account at any time using the in-app "Delete Account" feature, which will permanently erase your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, RentDo24's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed zero rupees (₹0), as RentDo24 provides the matchmaking service free of any transactional involvement and does not guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for the outcome of any interaction, agreement, or transaction between users.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of listings, or non-infringement.
11Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, at the location determined by RentDo24.
12Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Your continued use of RentDo24 after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
